AB David  A.  Morton  completó  su  licenciatura  en  la  Brigham  Young  University,  Provo,  Utah,  y  realizó  sus  estudios  de  postgrado  en  la  University  of  Utah  School  of  Medicine,  Salt  Lake  City.  En  la  actualidad  funge  como  Anatomy  Director  y  es  un  miembro  del  Curriculum  Committee  en  la  University  of  Utah  School  of  Medicine.  Se  le  otorgó  el  Early  Career  Teaching  Award  y  el  Preclinical  Teaching  Award.  El  Dr.  Morton  es  un  profesor  adjunto  en  el  Physical  Therapy  Department  y  el  Department  of  Family  and  Preventive  Medicine.
